Happy Happy, Joy Joy

The neighbors are doing their finishing touches!
The shower walls are getting covered!
The loft upstairs is getting framed!

The generator is getting a new starter!
The bodega door has color!
It might even be finished when I get back!
The house is starting to get a shape!
The roof has been trimmed!
I'm going home for a few weeks!
Im getting exited!

And the house got a ROOF!!!

The TukTuk got a smile!
Boi-Boi got a sign by the beach,

Plumbing, Framing & the Bodega

Then Saturday after work we ate at "Boi-Bois",
one of our favorite restaurants on the beach,
where the management doesn't mind if we park inside!
The bodega got a door & locks.
More plumbing & electrical piping was done.
The kitchen counter was started.
Most of the framing got completed.

The week started something like this.

Back to Work

Sorry I haven't posted a lot lately, Janell & my son came
down here for 3 weeks so we did some traveling around
the country & I left the home on hold for a little while.

For now back to work, & this week we've done a lot.
Once the Kasha Posts were selected for placement,(theres always a comedian!)then the framing could begin.



Wow, the house is now really starting to take shape!
In the bathrooms the showers were started also!
